Pik Bube - Duft - Der Lowe xx 16 hh black Hanoverian Stallion Licenced Hannoverian Verband, BHHS, SHB. Pik Bube was a magnificent Grand prix dressage stallion who stood at Gronwoldhoff with Donnerhall. Trained by Herbert Rehbein he was almost unbeatable in competition before he retired to stud and sadly died at the young age of 17. His fillies at the stud were crossed with Donnerhall and produced the most sought after young Dressage horses in the world. Pik Bube's stock have been successful in all disciplines with many Grand Prix dressage horses and his 28 licensed sons have sired many top dressage horses. His dam Duft Lady was a state premium mare by Duellant's top son Duft. She bred two licensed sons and was out of the great mare Lowen Lady who bred the German Bundeschampion Aragonia. Pascal was bred by Horst Rudwick who also bred the top stallions Davignon I, Davignon II and Pik Kaiser. Pascal was purchased from his breeder as a foal and returned to Germany as a four year old to successfully complete the 100 day performance test. The first horse ever to do this and a feat not accomplished by another stallion for 8 years. He is a successful dressage horse having 175 points and he has won money show jumping. Pascal offspring are renowned for their exceptional movement with a fantastic hind leg and tremendous elasticity. Every year his foals win at the Hanoverian show and at county level. Despite being barely 16 hands his stock range up to 17 hands and he is the sire of several top auction horses including Piaeta who was 4th under saddle at the British Dressage Breeding championships, Phoebus who qualified for the regionals this year at medium and advanced medium and Purdy who is due to come out under saddle next year. His son Phenomenal has proved unbeatable in young sport horse classes & at one show he beat Pascal sons into 2nd and 3rd place giving Pascal sons a clean sweep. The stud has 4 Pascal daughters including Prussian Blue, second in her first Prevac Pro qualifier and winner at BD Breeding championships and Private Eye, winner at the Best of British foal show, and 2 Grand daughters.
